The Missouri Community College Association (MCCA) is the central administering agency for a U.S. Department of Labor-TAACCCT funded grant project called MoSTEMWINs. Through this request for proposals (RFP), MCCA seeks Curriculum Evaluation Services for all programs of study offered in the MoSTEMWINs grant as a federal grant compliance requirement.
