Jill Biden visits Kansas City to talk about MoHealthWINs

Second Lady Dr. Jill Biden visited Kansas City on April 30, 2012 to discuss the MoHealthWINs project and community colleges in Missouri.

Dr. Biden teaches English full-time at a Virginia community college and as second lady, focuses on highlighting the importance of community colleges in the United States.

She was joined by Asst. Labor Secretary Jane Oates.  Oates is an advocate for the types of innovation and acceleration involved in the MoHealthWINs project.

Her visit brought local, state and national media attention to Metropolitan Community College in addition to the MoHealthWINs project.
